MK Exhaust Station vertical
The system offers extensive features, including an individually adjustable front sash, PLC control, light curtain, temperature and pressure monitoring, and signal LEDs. Optional components include a pass-through, integrated PC, filling stations, underfloor rinsing, ultrasonic bath, exhaust air scrubber, and remote maintenance.
Metal-free Exhaust Station vertical with regulated exhaust airflow to protect the user when handling chemicals.
Product features
- Metal-free construction (no exposed metal) to prevent contamination and corrosion
- Air is exhausted through perforated work surface
- Compliant with DIN EN 14175-3 safety and performance standards (containment, air exchange efficiency)
- Control of exhaust air via volume flow controller and PLC
- Exhaust air can be discharged via air scrubbers or directly transferred to the exhaust air system
- Room air can also be extracted via the base module and fed into the ventilation system (‘recirculating air’)
