4. THM-Energie- und Nachhaltigkeitstag

The THM will host the 4th THM Energie und Nachhaltigkeitstag on June 25, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Giessen Campus. The Energy and Sustainability Day will be supported by partners of the university. In addition to the diverse exhibition and interactive offers, as well as food stalls, there will be a program on stage.

As part of its university strategy, THM has set the goal of permanently embedding sustainability in the core areas of the university’s activities – teaching and learning, research, transfer, university operations, and governance. The Energy and Sustainability Day, like the recently published first sustainability report, aims to demonstrate how sustainability is already being practiced at THM and where it should be further expanded.

In addition to the university departments with their students, competence centers, and organizational units, companies and craft businesses from the region will also actively participate as exhibitors, showcasing their sustainability activities and offerings. Projects, associations, and initiatives dedicated to sustainability are also invited to present themselves.
