Metal-free workstation and cleanroom construction

Metal-free cleanroom technology to protect people and products

Modern cleanroom technology serves to protect people and products. In many industries, working and producing under cleanroom conditions is a prerequisite for guaranteeing the best quality of a product on the one hand and ensuring that employees are provided with the best possible protection on the other. Customised metal-free cleanrooms and systems can be found in food production, medical research and treatment, pharmaceutical production and genetic engineering, as well as in the fields of microelectronics, semiconductor production, optical and laser technology and nanotechnology.

Metal-free cleanroom construction

The metal-free cleanrooms allow you to prepare samples at the highest level without contamination. The corrosion-protected and particle-free workstations are used in areas such as trace element analysis and semiconductor research.

Fully automatic Annex 1 fulfillment

MK Metalfree Corp gives you the opportunity to fulfill the requirements of Annex 1 for leak testing gloves with minimal impact on your production schedules. The MK test system makes it possible to carry out leak tests quickly and easily at any time.

Leak test of transfer systems

The MK-Transfer System Tester is used for leak tests on transfer systems. Thanks to the flexibly customisable sealing unit, it can be used on both beta ports and alpha ports of different sizes. The MK system is also available with integrated WLAN and RFID recognition for software-supported testing of transfer systems.

Highly sensitive research in the Antarctic

MK Metalfree Corp develops metal-free laboratory for Polarstern

When it comes to protecting valuable finds or samples from contamination, many research groups like to utilize the metal-free working environments of MK Metalfree Corp. Scientists at the Alfred Wegener Institute for Polar and Marine Research (AWI) in Bremerhaven are no exception. MK Metalfree Corp has developed and built a metal-free container laboratory for use on board the research vessel Polarstern, which is travelling the world’s oceans on behalf of science.

Establishment of a corrosion-free special laboratory

Sample preparation for trace element analysis of seawater and sediment samples

Especially for the sample preparation for the trace element analysis of seawater and sediment samples, MK had built an entirely metal free laboratory with clean room condition for the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg. Now they can prepare supersensitive samples for the analysis of trace element and isotope concentrations, on which they can track deep water current in Oceans and their historical evolution.
