Our service doesn’t end with the handover of your system. With our after-sales support, we continue to stand by your side during ongoing operations – ensuring stable and high-performance system usage over the long term.

During the warranty period (usually 2 years according to VOB, provided no maintenance contract has been concluded), we respond promptly to any issues – depending on the situation, either through remote diagnostics or an on-site visit.
