In addition, GLCS® makes it possible to transparently track the entire life cycle of a glove.
Complete traceability of the glove lifecycle
The Glove Life Cycle System (GLCS) ® enables comprehensive tracking of the entire life cycle of a glove. The individual process steps of the life cycle are freely configurable. This includes storage, sterilization, use in the process, documented aging and replacement. All relevant process steps are automatically recorded and logged, ensuring complete traceability .
By continuously monitoring aging indicators and condition parameters of the gloves, GLCS® can identify possible weak points at an early stage. In the event of critical deviations, the system issues warning messages or prevents further tests from being carried out according to defined rules in order to increase process reliability.
RFID-supported identification ensures that each glove can be uniquely identified. This reduces the risk of operator errors, supports compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitates the safe, efficient handling of glove components throughouttheir service life.
