Trainee project impresses

Our trainees recently presented this year’s trainee project to the management team – and impressed across the board!

With a great deal of teamwork, initiative, creativity, and technical expertise, they developed a miniature cleanroom system. The system will be used as a display at trade fairs in the future and can be controlled via an app. The management team was enthusiastic: “Many of their own ideas were incorporated, and the successful collaboration was evident not only in the impressive result, but also in the presentation, the methodology used, and the adherence to the schedule. It is impressive how the trainee project has established itself within the company over the years and how the learning effect is absolutely evident.”

The training officers could only agree: “The miniature cleanroom facility project is the fifth project in a row. It’s really exciting to see how the projects have developed from year to year and increased in complexity and function. Since its introduction, the aim of the trainee projects has been to allow trainees to solve specific tasks on their own responsibility, as well as to promote teamwork, planning, and communication and to increase motivation. By bringing together different ideas, completely new approaches to solving problems are often awakened.”

In recognition of their highly successful implementation and adherence to the schedule, the trainees will be rewarded with a group trip to Phantasialand.

We are proud of the development of our junior staff and look forward to many more innovative trainee projects.
